Jeremy Lamb is making the Charlotte Hornets look like geniuses for extending his contract before the November 2nd deadline. He's started the season on a tear, crushing opposing benches from behind the three-point line and in the paint.

Here's an example from last night's win against the Minnesota Timberwolves:

Lamb is averaging 13.0 points on 58.6 percent shooting. He's making 45.5 percent of his threes and has the seventh best True Shooting percentage in the entire league.

Does anyone else think the Oklahoma City Thunder gave up on him too soon?
