Watch Draymond Green put up his third straight triple-double vs. Hornets

If there was any doubt over whether Golden State Warriors big man Draymond Green would make the Western Conference All-Star team -- and there shouldn't have been -- his performance over the past three games sealed his flight to Toronto in mid-February.

Green recorded his third straight triple-double with 13 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists in Monday's win over the Charlotte Hornets, becoming just the second player in the past seven seasons to do so:

Green may be the most versatile player in the NBA -- only LeBron James comes to mind as an equal threat -- and is quickly proving he's almost as indispensable to Golden State as Stephen Curry is.

Last season, Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook put together four consecutive triple-doubles, which was the most since Michael Jordan had seven straight in 1988-89. Green now has eight career triple-doubles, tying him with Wilt Chamberlain in Warriors' history, via ESPN Stats & Information.

The Warriors face the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on Tuesday night.
