Steven Adams Da Gawd!!

“Perhaps that’s just a bit of New Zealand humility, but Adams generally isn’t keen on connecting the dots. He has emerged as the Thunder’s ascendant star (and will face all the pressure that comes with that designation), but he’s no more sanctimonious about his craft than he was when he was a rookie, briefly filling in for Kendrick Perkins. He is nothing if not consistent.”

IDK people, if that doesn’t make you excited for Adams than I have to question your sanity. The Big Kiwi is going to turn heads this season. Except this time, it won’t be the highlight plays that get Adams any attention. It’s going to be the consistent, All-NBA level number he’s going to put up this season.

Bye-Bye Mitch McGary?

“’If the opportunity doesn’t present itself (to play), that’s totally on me,” McGary said Sunday. “Just means I got to work a little bit harder to get where I want to go. Wherever that is — it may be here; I hope so — I just want to play. That’s it.’”

Mitch McGary is almost certainly going to be cut by today’s 4 pm deadline. As much skill as the big man has, his attitude is not up to Sam Presti’s standards. Than again, it’s not like I’ve been saying this for over a month now…

STFU KD.

“Here we go again, another third party reference? Now, instead of Westbrook being the reason for his departure, we find out Durant left because Oklahoma City loved him too much and wouldn’t give him his space to enjoy life? Poor kid….PLEASE!”

I don’t even know what to say about him anymore. Why he continues to bash the city and organization that helped raise him is beyond me. Good riddance.
