Three NBA players teamed up to improv a likely Hassan Whiteside joke
Jazz center Rudy Gobert fired off a solid subtweet earlier this week.

It wasn't directed at anyone in particular—at least, not obviously. That's the beauty of the subtweet. Sometimes, that just leaves you wanting to know more, though.
So, that's when Magic center Nikola Vucevic got involved.

The curiosity killed him as it did us. Gobert shook it off, though. Instead, he sent back a joke, pretending to call out Magic guard Evan Fournier, a teammate of Vucevic's on the Magic who is also one of Gobert's on the French National Team.

Here's where things get interesting. Fournier slips in with a subtle jab:

As Deadspin pointed out, "Blancoté" is not a French word, but "blanc" does mean "white" and "côté" means "side."
Whiteside? The guy who leads the league in blocks and is in the top five rebounds?
This is far from the first time someone has accused Whiteside of posting empty stats, but it may be the subtlest jab at him yet.
