The Grizzlies are living in the training room

Heading into last night's Game 4 loss, the Memphis Grizzlies were an emotionally and physically exhausted basketball team. Almost everyone on the roster is battling some sort of ailment, and having success in the training room is nearly as important as having success on the court.
Here's what a couple Grizzlies recently told ESPN's Michael Wallace about their off-day regimen, and how they're still able to compete at such a high level:
“'So I live in there right now, I live in the training room,' said [Mike] Conley, who kept playing in Game 3 after a surgical stitch along his eyebrow busted and caused bleeding. 'I live in the cold tubs. I’m trying to balance between that and running and get back in game shape. But it’s just constant work.'
'I’ve just got to fight through it, man,' [Tony] Allen told ESPN.com. 'A little adrenaline gets in me and pushes me to the next play. But for the most part, I’m either staying on the bike or trying to get a massage on the sideline, stretching and doing whatever I can to keep it warm. It ain’t nothing I’m trying to broadcast. It’s definitely tough, but it’s a mindset. It’s what we trained for since the beginning of the year.'”
The Grizzlies are always grinding. It's who they are and what they do, and it's exactly why beating them four times in seven games is such an unbelievably difficult task. They never stop coming.
