Steve Kerr is 'most proud of' another record the Warriors are chasing
With a bounce-back win against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night, the Golden State Warriors avoided consecutive losses for the seventh time this season, becoming the third team in NBA history to go 70 games without consecutive losses:

The track record for the unchartered territory is murky. The 1984-85 Boston Celtics lost to the "Showtime" Los Angeles Lakers in the Finals, 4-2. And, with the 2015-16 San Antonio Spurs being the other team, at least one (if not both) of the Warriors or Spurs won't win the championship despite achieving the feat.
The Warriors have a lot to be proud of this season, but according to head coach Steve Kerr, he's "most proud of" the team's ability to recover after a loss:

I’m most proud of.” - @SteveKerr
Kerr has a point. While it's not as glamorous as 73 wins or Stephen Curry's ongoing 3-point record, it's a testament to how consistently dominant the Warriors have been -- they rarely lose, and if they do, you better hope you're not playing them next. Even the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls couldn't claim that.
Based on their schedule, the Warriors will likely pass the '85 Celtics' record, though so too could the Spurs. Whether either one goes through the entire season without conseuctive losses remains to be seen, but this is just another factoid in a historical and unprecedented season.
