Raptors' DeRozan, Lowry join 'Ellen' to surprise Dancing Barista
Sam, 17, recently became a viral Internet sensation as 'The Dancing Barista' at a Starbucks in Toronto.
As he explained on Ellen's show, he always dreamed of becoming a barista and was given the opportunity by his boss and friend, Chris, who joined him on Ellen's show. Sam, who has autism, says that he dances in order to concentrate better while he's at work. While Sam was often told he was unemployable, he's since become an inspiration to many across the world.
Ellen made sure to leave Sam with some great memories from the show, including a custom-made tip jar as well as a free trip to Japan -- where he's always wanted to travel.
Sam, already hysterically happy about his experience on the show, was given yet another exciting surprise: a special message from his favorite NBA team, the Toronto Raptors. Eastern Conference All-Stars DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry joined Raptors general manager Masai Ujiri for a unique video.
"We couldn't do the things we do on the court without fans like you," said Lowry, as Sam watched while holding back tears.
Ujiri offered Sam an experience he'd never forget: a VIP trip to watch the team practice and meet the squad before an NBA game, to which he was also invited. He also got a basket full of Raptors gear to take home with him, as well.
We are So glad we had a chance to be apart of this, cant wait to meet you!!https://t.co/d8cHVnLcLS

The video is ridiculously heart-warming and Sam's incredible enthusiasm assuredly will brighten your day.
