Nuggets' F Kenyon Martin fined $35,000

Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin has been fined $35,000 for being ejected from Denver's game against Charlotte.
NBA executive vice president of operations Stu Jackson announced the punishment on Tuesday.
Martin argued with officials over a foul call against teammate J.R. Smith in the second quarter of Monday night's 104-93 win over the Bobcats and was ejected.
