How does Manu Ginobili continue to make plays like this?

The San Antonio Spurs and Manu Ginobili are two wonderful things that will hopefully never separate. When/if they ever do, the world will be robbed of basketball art.

Here's the latest example from Monday night's thrashing of the Milwaukee Bucks:

Ginobili remains arguably the most creative basketball player in the world, which doesn't make sense because he's pushing 40 years old in a league dominated by some of the most jaw-dropping athletes alive.

But San Antonio's sixth man is still thriving. Plays like this are more than enough evidence that the President of the United States needs to outlaw his retirement.
