Heat announce Goran Dragic to miss at least two more games
Goran Dragic was starting to play better of late. Now, it seems that progress is going to be thwarted at least for a little while.
From the Heat's official Twitter account:
Dragic has had a disappointing overall season after signing a massive contract with the Heat this past summer, but he's picked up his play to more appropriate levels of late.
Since Christmas, the Heat point guard is averaging 15.4 points and 4.3 assists per game, not gaudy numbers but a major improvement on what we saw from him early in the season. Even better, his efficiency numbers, which have been down all season, are much improved: 54 percent from the field and 50 percent from three over that 10-game stretch.
Dragic already missed the Clippers game last night, a 14-point loss in a game in which the Heat once held a 16-point lead. He will also miss Friday's game in Denver and Sunday's in Oklahoma City.
