Danny Green is the first player to block a Steph Curry 3-pointer this season

Perhaps the most incredible Stephen Curry-related stat this season -- and there have been plenty -- was the fact that he hadn't been blocked on a 3-pointer this season.Ā

Until, of course, Danny Green did it Saturday night during the San Antonio Spurs' 87-79 win over the Golden State Warriors:

Green has long been one of the league's premier shot-blocking guards, so if anyone was bound to block a Curry 3-pointer, he was a solid choice.Ā

That said, with the way defenses plan for him and converge when he's about to launch, it's amazing it's taken Curry this long to get a 3-pointer blocked this season.
