Byron Scott's season-ending interview was a masterpiece
Los Angeles Lakers coach Byron Scott had his season-ending press conference on Friday, and the nearly 40-minute session was one of the most hilarious interviews Scott has ever given. The Lakers finished the year with a franchise-low 17 wins, and Scott found a way to talk about this season as if it was not a total failure. He also claimed he does not believe the poor results will cost him his job.
Scott had plenty to say on other topics as well. He even addressed the issues in the locker room after D'Angelo Russell leaked a video which seemed to show Nick Young wasn't faithful to fiancee Iggy Azalea.
There were many memorable one-liners from Friday's press conference. Here are some of the best.
Byron Scott said every loss this season hurt, frustrated him. Often times Kobe would console, "it's going to be ok". #LakersExitInterviews

Asked if he has any regrets about this season, Byron Scott thinks... and then asks "how long do we have?" #Lakers

Byron Scott will go on vacation soon, asked where, he says "None of your business" and smirks. #Lakers
