With the Olympics complete, basketball is finally in hibernation until the preseason gets underway in the beginning of October -- or is it? They say "basketball never sleeps" for a reason, and we learned why Wednesday afternoon. Our Instagram feeds were blessed with this picture from Dwyane Wade of himself, LeBron James and Richard Jefferson practicing in Los Angeles with none other than the first overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft: Ben Simmons.

Has the Banana Boat fraternity recruited its first pledge? Regardless, we now live in an age where LeBron and Wade willingly chose to hang out with a Philadelphia 76er.
