At the end of his career, Dale Earnhardt Jr. knows that only person held accountable for his successes and his failures will be himself.

The blame shouldn't be placed on former crew chief Tony Eury Jr., his stepmother/former boss Teresa Earnhardt or his current employer Rick Hendrick.
