NASCAR's Greg Biffle, wife Nicole welcome daughter

NASCAR driver Greg Biffle is a father.

Biffle and wife Nicole welcomed the birth of their first child on Wednesday. Emma Elizabeth Biffle was born just before 5 p.m. EST, weighing 7 lbs., 6 ounces. Both mother and child are doing well.

Biffle, driver of the No. 16 Ford for Roush Fenway Racing, was in Kentucky on Thursday to begin preparing for the first Sprint Cup event at the track on Saturday night.
