Watch Miguel Montero's epic grand slam that led to Cubs' Game 1 victory

The postseason has provided its share of dramatic moments. Miguel Montero added another dimension with one swing of the bat Saturday at Wrigley Field.

With the Cubs and Dodgers tied 3-3 in the bottom of the eighth, Montero stepped in to pinch hit with the hope of playing postseason hero. With two outs, the bases loaded and facing an 0-2 count, Montero did just that.

Montero punished Dodger reliever Joe Blanton's hanging slider, lacing it into the right-field bleachers for a grand slam.

The blow would be too much for the Dodgers to recover from, as the Cubs went on to take Game 1 by a final score of 8-3.
