We have another candidate for catch of the year —€“ less than two weeks into the regular season.

Toronto Blue Jays left fielder Kevin Pillar made his third outstanding grab of the week, this time robbing Tampa Bay's Tim Beckham of a homer on Wednesday night. Pillar scaled the wall to bring back the ball in the seventh inning and help preserve what ultimately was a 12-7 win for the Jays.

"I'm pretty amazed by it," Pillar told The Associated Press. "I watched it a couple times on my phone when I got in. It's going to be tough to top making a play like that in my career. ... I'm just thankful I had an opportunity to rob a home run in the big leagues."

Earlier this week, Pillar made a pair of diving catches against the Baltimore Orioles.

Pillar's latest grab comes just a day after Colorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado wowed baseball fans with this diving catch in foul territory at AT&T Park:
