Not even Kansas police can right this heartbreaking Villanova wrong

Top-seeded Kansas was edged out by a relentless Villanova Saturday night and eliminated from the NCAA Tournament.
Jayhawks fans no doubt felt they were robbed. Or jilted. Or victims of some sort of crime, as Kansas was the favorite to win the title. Someone needed to pay.
Despite the APB, it turns out the Lawrence Police Department -- huge Kansas fans themselves -- were helpless to do anything about this crime of passion. As they sadly but firmly noted on their Twitter account, this heinous grievance fell out of their purview:
Sorry, we can't investigate Villanova ripping your heart out of your chest, the crime occurred outside our jurisdiction. #RCJH
