FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP) Marc-Eddy Norelia scored 22 points and grabbed seven rebounds, and Florida Gulf Coast outlasted Kennesaw State 68-63 on Saturday night.

Zach Johnson, Christian Terrell and Antravious Simmons added 12 apiece for the Eagles (17-12, 8-5), who pulled into a three-way tie for second place in the Atlantic Sun Conference with NJIT and Jacksonville, one game behind North Florida.

FGCU went ahead by three, 66-63, on a pair of free throws from Norelia with 10.3 seconds left. After an Owls timeout, Kendrick Ray's 3-point attempt to tie was no good, and the ball careened out of bounds off Kennesaw State after a replay review overturned the initial call of Kennesaw State basketball.

Zach Johnson made two free throws with 1.3 seconds left to seal the win for the Eagles.
