IPFW handles Siena Heights 107-59 behind Scott's 16

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) Bryson Scott scored 16 points, Charles Ruise Jr. had 15 on 5-of-7 shooting, and Xzavier Taylor added 14 points as IPFW dismantled NAIA-member Siena Heights 107-59 on Monday night.

IPFW led 54-36 at halftime and used an 18-0 run out of the break to put the game away. The Mastodons shot 8 for 11, while Siena Heights missed all 10 of its field-goal attempts, during the run.

Scott, the reigning Summit League Player of the Week, entered the game shooting 62.9 percent from the floor. He went 6-for-8 shooting against the Saints from Adrian, Michigan.

The Mastodons shot 61.5 percent from the floor (40 for 65).

IPFW (5-2) entered the game 18th in the nation in steals with 55 and collected 10 more against Siena Heights.

Carter Drazga was the only Saints player in double figures, hitting 3-of-4 3s and scoring 11 points in just 15 minutes of action.
