Florida A&M beats Morgan State 72-65

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) Trey Warren and Isaiah Omoregie scored 15 points apiece as Florida A&M beat Morgan State 72-65 on Saturday night.

Warren finished with 6-of-8 shooting from the field and also led the Rattlers (6-12, 2-3 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) with seven rebounds. Omoregie finished with 7-of-11 shooting. Malcolm Bernard added 12 points and five rebounds and Craig Bowman chipped in nine points. The team averaged 44.8 percent shooting from the field, 73.9 percent from the line and was 3 of 14 (21.4 percent) from beyond the arc.

Morgan State had a 30-27 lead at the break but Florida A&M rallied in the second half and held on for the win.

Cedric Blossom scored 18 points with seven rebounds for the Bears (3-14, 1-3). Rasean Simpson added 14 points and eight rebounds.
