Allen & Allen lead Drexel over Delaware 74-64

PHILADELPHIA (AP) Terrell Allen scored 19 points, Tavon Allen added 18 and Drexel defeated Delaware 74-64 on Thursday night.

Trailing by one, Drexel went on a 12-0 run with five points each from Terrell Allen and Rashann London to lead 52-41 with 7:26 left. Four free throws by Terrell Allen, who made all 10 he took, and a layup by Tavon Allen in a 6-0 run made it 14-point lead, 66-52, with 1:35 to go.

Rodney Williams added 15 points and Kazembe Abif 10 points and 13 rebounds, his sixth double-double this season for the Dragons (5-23, 3-14 Colonial Athletic Association), who avenged a 69-60 loss at Delaware on Feb. 11. Williams had two blocks for 100 in his career.

Marvin King-Davis scored 24 points and Kory Holden 18 for the Blue Hens (7-21, 2-15), who have lost 12 straight road games.

Drexel has won two straight after an 11-game losing streak.

Both teams finish the regular season Saturday.
