FARMVILLE, Va. (AP) Will Adams snagged the rebound off his missed 3-point attempt and tossed in a short bank shot with no time remaining to give Presbyterian a 74-73 victory over Longwood on Thursday night.

DeSean Murray scored a career-high 34 points and Adams 10 for the Blue Hose (10-18, 5-12 Big South), who swept the season series from the Lancers (8-22, 4-13) and won their second straight after an eight-game losing streak.

Travon White weaved through traffic for a reverse layup 8.3 seconds left before the Blue Hose came out of a timeout and worked the ball to Adams in the corner where he missed a 3-pointer before getting the long rebound and putting it back for the winner.

Lotanna Nwogbo had 24 points and 12 rebounds with White adding 21 points and Shaquille Johnson 12 assists for the Lancers, who have lost five in a row.
