Headed to Watford Kone is reportedly set to join Watford on transfer from CF Montreal, according to TSN. The terms and timing of the agreement have yet to be disclosed.

Impact Kone joins former teammate Alistair Johnston as the latest CF Montreal player to make the leap across the pond. Per TSN's report and source, although the transfer fee has yet to be released, it's expected to be a record haul for CF Montreal. Kone most recently competed for Canada in the World Cup and enjoyed a strong 2022 MLS season, having posted three goals and four assists across 26 appearances (20 starts) during what was just his second year in the league.
