Impact Passlack had a decent match against his former side, contributing one shot, three crosses and two chances created in Saturday's match. It was his first match against Dortmund since his contract expired with them in May. It is hard to tell what he will add to the squad at Bochum due to him only appearing in four matches last season, but so far he seems to be an important player for the squad from the small sample size we have. He looks to be a normal starter for his new club after starting the opening two matches of the season.

Impact Asano stayed active in Saturday's draw, notching four shots and three chances created from his attacking-midfielder role. He found a couple of nice opportunities for goal contributions but was never able to find that final sequence he needed to notch one. The 28-year-old has started the first two games of the season and should keep that role after starting 21 of the 34 matches last season. However, he will need to up his production if Bochum want to have a decent season, notching only five goal contributions in last years campaign.

Impact Stoger opened up the scoring in Saturday's match when he hit the ball with a thunderous strike and found the top right corner. His goal was not his only contribution however, as he also whipped in six crosses (three accurate) and took three shots (two on target). Stoger looks to be in line for Bochum's main playmaking role and could be very productive this season if he keeps that role. He had eight goal contributions last season and will look to top that after notching his first on Saturday.

Manuel Riemann - Allows goal against Dortmund Riemann recorded two saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Borussia Dortmund.

Impact Riemann had an awful opening match of the season, allowing five goals, and continued that trend by having an absolute stinker when he allowed Dortmund's equalizer. Donnell Malen's strike went right through Riemann's hands to tie the match and if it were not for that, Bochum would've probably walked away with all three points. He will have an okay chance at turning around this small slump when he takes on Augsburg in his next match.

Impact Wolf had a very quiet game in his right-back role Saturday, notching only three crosses (one accurate), one tackle, and a clearance in the match. The 28-year-old usually adds a little more to matches with his dual threat ability but Bochum kept him in check for most of the game. He started Saturday after only appearing as a substitute last match and will most likely remain in a rotational role, sharing time with Ramy Bensebaini and Julian Ryerson this season.
