Leandro Morgalla - Joins Bochum on loan Morgalla has signed with Bochum on loan for the 2025/26 season from RB Salzburg, his new club announced Monday.

Impact Morgalla made 23 appearances for the Austrian Bundesliga giants in the 2024/25 season between the league and the UEFA Champions League. The 20-year-old defender will add depth to Bochum's defensive line for the 2025/26 season.

Timo Horn - Two saves in clean sheet Horn registered two saves and allowed zero goals in Saturday's 2-0 win over FC St. Pauli.

Impact Horn held on for his second clean sheet in three outings, and his third in 13 appearances on the campaign. This also marked the 11th time in the 13 outings that he registered a minimum of two saves. This marks the end of the season for VfL Bochum, as they finished last in the table and will face relegation for next season.

Koji Miyoshi - Back in team training after setback Miyoshi (thigh) is back in team training on Tuesday, the club announced.

Impact Miyoshi suffered a setback from his thigh injury in team training at the beginning of last month, ruling him out for several weeks again. He was spotted back in team training on Tuesday morning, suggesting he is likely going to return to the match squad before the end of the season. His next chance to feature will come against Mainz on Saturday, even though he should return to a bench role only, just like the majority of the season.

Philipp Hofmann - Suffers collapsed lung Hofmann suffered a rib fracture and a collapsed lung in Friday's 0-0 draw to Heidenheim and is out for the season, accoridng to his club.

Impact Hofmann met a scary fate Friday, as he suffered not only a broken rib but also a collapsed lung after a collision. The good news was that he was able to walk off and has already undergone a small operation, now recovering until he can be discharged. The unfortunate news is that his season is over, and the club will now have to do without a regular starter, bagging three goals and two assists in 32 appearances (27 starts) this campaign. That said, Giorgos Masouras, Myron Boadu and Moritz Broschinski will likely now split time at forward for the final two games of the season.

Timo Horn - Three saves in clean sheet Horn kept a clean sheet while making three saves during Friday's 0-0 draw with Heidenheim.

Impact Horn helped Bochum to a point by blanking Heidenheim on Friday. The keeper has allowed just two goals while combining for seven saves over his last three starts with the clean sheet being his first since February 15th.
