Cole Beaudoin - Three-point effort Friday Beaudoin scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Barrie's 6-3 win over Guelph on Friday.

Impact Beaudoin is coming off a stint with Team Canada at the World Junior Championship, where he supplied three goals and four assists over seven games for the bronze-medal-winning team. He made a big impression in his return to the OHL and is now at 15 goals and 44 points over 26 appearances for the Colts. He should continue to be highly productive for the remainder of the OHL campaign.

Alexander Kerfoot - Exits Friday's contest Kerfoot (upper body) won't finish Friday's game versus the Blues.

Impact Kerfoot sustained the injury during the first period, and it'll keep him out of the rest of the contest. The 31-year-old forward can be considered day-to-day ahead of Sunday's matchup versus the Blue Jackets. If Kerfoot can't play, Kailer Yamamoto or Liam O'Brien would be candidates to enter the lineup.

Impact Skahan had posted just one goal over his first 18 games of the season, though he likely benefited from the Eagles getting some players back after the World Junior Championship. He had just seven points in 30 outings last year, and with three points this season, his play has not taken off. Skahan is a Mammoth prospect, selected in the second round in 2024, but he looks to be trending for a role as a big-bodied shutdown defenseman at professional level.
