Cole Beaudoin - Three-point effort Friday
Beaudoin scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Barrie's 6-3 win over Guelph on Friday.
Impact
Beaudoin is coming off a stint with Team Canada at the World Junior Championship, where he supplied three goals and four assists over seven games for the bronze-medal-winning team. He made a big impression in his return to the OHL and is now at 15 goals and 44 points over 26 appearances for the Colts. He should continue to be highly productive for the remainder of the OHL campaign.

Alexander Kerfoot - Exits Friday's contest
Kerfoot (upper body) won't finish Friday's game versus the Blues.
Impact
Kerfoot sustained the injury during the first period, and it'll keep him out of the rest of the contest. The 31-year-old forward can be considered day-to-day ahead of Sunday's matchup versus the Blue Jackets. If Kerfoot can't play, Kailer Yamamoto or Liam O'Brien would be candidates to enter the lineup.

Will Skahan - Two assists Friday
Skahan logged two assists in Boston College's 7-1 win over Stonehill College on Friday.
Impact
Skahan had posted just one goal over his first 18 games of the season, though he likely benefited from the Eagles getting some players back after the World Junior Championship. He had just seven points in 30 outings last year, and with three points this season, his play has not taken off. Skahan is a Mammoth prospect, selected in the second round in 2024, but he looks to be trending for a role as a big-bodied shutdown defenseman at professional level.

Kevin Stenlund - Playing Friday
Stenlund (illness) will be back in the lineup versus the Blues on Friday, per NHL.com.
Impact
Stenlund's return from an illness means Kalier Yamamoto figures to be headed back up to the press box as a healthy scratch. In his 43 appearances this year, the 29-year-old Stenlund has generated three goals and seven helpers, well off his 2024-25 pace in which he racked up 28 points in 82 regular-season tilts.

Karel Vejmelka - Drawing start Friday
Vejmelka was the first goalie off during Friday's morning skate, Brogan Houston of Deseret News Sports reports, indicating that he'll draw the home start against the Blues.
Impact
Vejmelka has been productive over the past month, going 7-2-0 with a 2.45 GAA and .908 save percentage. He's made a pair of road starts against the Blues this season, and he went 1-1-0 with a 2.53 GAA and .872 save percentage across those outings.

Brandon Tanev - Picks up helper Wednesday
Tanev logged an assist, two shots on goal, seven hits and three blocked shots in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Senators.
Impact
Tanev helped out on Daniil But's goal in the third period. This was just Tanev's second game since he spent 10 contests in the press box as a healthy scratch amid a lengthy slump. He had gone 25 contests without a point prior to Wednesday. The fourth-line winger has a mere two assists with 22 shots on net, 86 hits, 16 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating over 31 appearances in his first year with the Mammoth.

Clayton Keller - Supplies pair of assists
Keller notched two assists, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Senators.
Impact
Keller set up first-period tallies by Lawson Crouse and John Marino, which was all the Mammoth needed in the win. This was Keller's fourth multi-point effort in his last nine outings, a span in which he has three goals and seven assists. For the season, the captain is up to 13 goals, 25 helpers, 122 shots on net and a plus-6 rating through 44 appearances, which puts him on pace for his lowest point output since 2021-22.

Marino scored a goal and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Senators.
Impact
Marino scored at 7:20 of the first period, and his tally was the game-winner. The defenseman has a goal and an assist over his last two contests since he snapped an eight-game point drought. For the season, Marino has racked up three goals, 19 points, a plus-21 rating, 36 shots on net, 40 blocked shots and 13 hits through 44 outings. He continues to play a shutdown role in the Mammoth's top four.

Daniil But - Pots goal in win
But scored a goal on two shots in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Senators.
Impact
But provided an insurance tally in the third period. This was his second NHL tally, though he had gone six games without a point since his first career goal. Despite the slump, the 20-year-old winger has maintained his place on the Mammoth's third line. But is at four points, 29 shots on net and a plus-2 rating over 17 appearances to begin his NHL career.

ROTOWIRE
Lawson Crouse - Opens scoring Wednesday
Crouse scored a goal on three shots, added two hits, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Senators.
Impact
Crouse was bumped up to the top line for this contest. That move paid off early, as he scored the opening goal just 3:59 into the game. Crouse has six points and a plus-6 rating over his last seven outings, and he's up to 10 goals, 20 points, 71 shots on net, 117 hits, 33 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating across 44 appearances. He's worth a look in most fantasy formats as long as he's on the top line.

Karel Vejmelka - Leading league in wins
Vejmelka stopped 32 of 33 shots in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Senators.
Impact
Vejmelka limited the damage to a Ridly Greig tally late in the first period. This was Vejmelka's third win in his last four outings, a span in which he's given up nine goals on 109 shots. The 29-year-old is now leading the NHL in wins with 19, one ahead of Colorado's Scott Wedgewood, though Vejmelka has played in six more games. The Utah netminder has added a 2.65 GAA and .897 save percentage over 33 appearances. The Mammoth are back in action Friday versus the Blues.
