Pyotr Kochetkov - Starting Saturday Per Cory Lavalette of the North State Journal, Kochetkov will get the road start in Toronto on Saturday, according to coach Rod Brind'Amour.
Impact Kochetkov is 8-7-3 with a 2.65 GAA and an .898 save percentage after stopping 35 shots Wednesday in a 5-2 win over Nashville. Kochetkov has taken over as the No. 1 goaltender with the Hurricanes as Frederik Andersen has been out of action since Nov. 2 with a blood clotting issue. The Maple Leafs are tied for third in NHL scoring, averaging 3.53 goals per game.

Jake Allen - Guarding cage Saturday Allen will tend the twine on the road against the Panthers on Saturday.
Impact Allen will be making his fourth start in December, having gone 1-1-1 with a 2.99 GAA in his last three contests. The Habs continue to rotate through all three netminders with Samuel Montembeault taking the majority of the workload and likely facing the Lightning on Sunday. Without consistent starts, Allen won't offer more than mid-range fantasy value.

Sean Monahan - Helps on power play Monahan logged a power-play assist, one shot on net and one hit over 15:56 of ice time in Thursday's 5-3 loss to Carolina.
Impact Monahan fed Mike Matheson, whose wrap-around goal tied that game at 2-2 late in the first period. It was the second consecutive game with an assist for Monahan, who has eight points (three goals, five assists) over the last 10 games.

Michael Matheson - Strikes on power play Matheson scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Hurricanes. He also logged two shots on net, two blocked shots and one hit over 25:07 of ice time.
Impact Matheson knotted the game at 2-2 with a wrap-around tally off a feed from Sean Monahan with four seconds remaining in the first period. The point extended Matheson's point streak to four games, and leaves the defenseman at 25 points (14 on power play) over 34 games.
