Sam Montembeault - Tending twine Saturday Montembeault will start Saturday's home game against Utah, according to Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports.
Impact Montembeault is coming off a 38-save effort in a 5-4 shootout loss to Philadelphia on Tuesday. He has a 3-3-1 record this season while allowing 26 goals on 179 shots. Utah ranks ninth in the league with 3.36 goals per game this campaign.

Bryce Pickford - Goal, assist Friday in WHL play Pickford scored a goal on six shots and added an assist in WHL Medicine Hat's 4-3 shootout loss to Edmonton.
Impact Pickford has logged five multi-point efforts this season, including three over his last seven games. He's at eight goals, eight helpers, 64 shots on net and a plus-16 rating through 16 outings for Medicine Hat this season. The 19-year-old blueliner is showing consistency for the second year in a row, and his big shot from the blue line could be a plus as he continues his development.

Logan Sawyer - Scores twice Friday Sawyer scored two goals in Providence College's 4-1 win over the University of Connecticut on Friday.
Impact This was Sawyer's first multi-goal game of the season. He's at three tallies and eight points through eight contests for the Friars this year. It's unclear if he'll sustain a point-per-game pace, but he's doing much better than he did when he had 16 points in 37 appearances as a freshman in 2024-25.

Michael Hage - Pots pair of goals Friday Hage scored twice on seven shots in the University of Michigan's 7-4 win over the University of Wisconsin on Friday.
Impact Hage is up to eight goals and 17 points through 11 games for the Wolverines this season. His offense has taken a step up in his sophomore year after a 13-goal, 34-point effort in 33 outings last year. Hage should continue to excel in the NCAA while continuing his development. The 19-year-old looks like a potential star for the Canadiens, who selected him 21st overall in 2024.
