Impact It will be Daccord's third appearance of the preseason -- the 28-year-old turned away 19 of 20 shots in Friday's win over Vancouver. Daccord will form a tandem in net with Philipp Grubauer in 2024-25, at least to start the season.

Set to start Friday Daccord is slated to start in Friday's preseason home game against Vancouver, according to Mike Benton of the Kraken Audio Network.

Impact Daccord surrendered two goals on 19 shots across two periods in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to Vancouver. Both of the goals he surrendered occurred on the power play. He posted a 19-18-11 record, 2.46 GAA and .916 save percentage in 50 contests with Seattle in 2023-24. That strong play gave him an edge over Philipp Grubauer last season, but the two are expected to both get plenty of opportunities in 2024-25.
