Trent Miner - Slated to start Monday Miner is expected to patrol the crease at home versus the Maple Leafs on Monday, Jesse Montano of Guerilla Sports reports.

Impact Miner is coming off a 29-save, shutout performance against the Blue Jackets on Saturday, so it seems the team will go with the hot hand heading into Monday's clash. Despite his decent performances, Miner will almost certainly be shipped down to the minors once Mackenzie Blackwood (lower body) is cleared to return.

Ilya Solovyov - Pots first NHL goal Solovyov scored his first career goal in the NHL during Saturday's 4-0 win over Columbus.

Impact The 25-year-old gave the Avalanche a 3-0 lead in the second period by snapping a shot past Elvis Merzlikins from the faceoff dot to the goalie's right. Solovyov has gotten onto the scoresheet in three straight games as he helps cover for the absence of Devon Toews (upper body), but Colorado's depth on the blue line will make it tough for him to earn a consistent role in the top six when the unit is fully healthy, no matter how he performs.

Gavin Brindley - Two helpers against former club Brindley picked up two assists in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Blue Jackets.

Impact Facing the team that selected him 34th overall in the 2023 Draft, Brindley snapped an 11-game point drought by having a hand in a pair of Brent Burns tallies, including the GWG in the first period. Impact Prior to Saturday, Gushchin had logged just one goal over his previous six games. The winger broke through with a big performance in this one, and he's up to 11 goals and four helpers through 18 appearances with the Eagles this season. He's received two call-ups to the Avalanche but has yet to debut with the big club despite his strong performance at the AHL level.
