Impact Masse has been scoring at a high rate again in 2025-26, earning eight goals and four assists over 10 contests. He's shooting 21.6 percent so far, even higher than last year when he had 33 goals on 194 shots (17.0 percent) in 47 regular-season games. Masse is a third-round pick of the Ducks from 2024, and while he's a few years away from competing for an NHL spot, his shot and relentless work to retrieve the puck makes for an intriguing profile. Expect him to make the jump to AHL San Diego if he signs an entry-level contract prior to 2026-27.

Lukas Dostal - Gives up four in loss Dostal made 29 saves in a 4-3 loss to Tampa Bay on Saturday.
Impact Dostal is 2-3-1 with a 3.02 GAA and .899 save percentage in six starts this season. He became one of the NHL's top young twinetenders after two seasons in a platoon with John Gibson. Last year, Dostal delivered a 23-23-7 record, a .902 SV% (.002 above league average), and 14.3 GSAx, which was 16th in the NHL among goalies with >25 games played. But this year has been tough him in an undisputed role of top dog. Dostal is a buy-low opportunity, though, as the team has so far struggled to adjust to a new coaching staff and zone defensive system, and that system favors the netminders. He'll be fine. He'll be even better on your team.

Ryan Poehling - Three-game, three-point streak Poehling scored a goal in a 4-3 loss to Tampa Bay on Saturday.
Impact It was his first goal of the season. Poehling finished a 2-on-1 in the third with a tap-in to push the score to 3-2. The native of Lakeville, Minnesota is on a modest three-game, three-point streak right now. Poehling's fantasy value is limited. He's the fourth-line pivot, and Ryan Strome (upper body) is due back at month's end.

Jacob Trouba - Three-game, five-point streak Trouba scored a goal in a 4-3 loss to the Lightning on Saturday.
Impact He fired a slap shot from the right circle past Jonas Johansson to the short side to tie the game 1-1 early in the second period. Trouba already has five points (two goals, three assists) in eight games this season, and they have all come on his current three-game streak. Last season, Trouba had just eight points in 53 games with the Ducks, and his two goals already exceed his entire total (one) between the Rangers and Ducks.

Troy Terry - Four-game, six-point streak Terry scored a goal and added an assist in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Tampa Bay.
Impact Terry's third-period snipe from the inside edge of the left circle tied the game 3-3. His point streak sits at four games and six points (three goals, three assists). It includes a three-game goal streak (10 shots). Terry's best season came in 2021-22 when he put up 37 goals and 67 points. This year, he's already sitting with nine points (three goals, six assists) in just eight contests. We doubt that Terry can continue at this pace, but at just 28 years of age, he's certainly capable of flirting with that career mark.

Mikael Granlund - Suffers lower-body injury Granlund won't return to Saturday's clash against Tampa Bay because of a lower-body injury.
Impact Granlund had three shots on 6:07 of ice time before exiting the game. He was fantastic Thursday, recording two goals and three assists in a 7-5 win over Boston, which brought him up to two goals and eight points through seven appearances going into Saturday's action. If Granlund can't play Tuesday in Florida, then Jansen Harkins might draw into the lineup.

Impact The helper was Vatrano's first point through seven games. It's been a tough start to the season for the 31-year-old, as he's been confined to a middle-six role, but his production has fallen off in favor of the Ducks' burgeoning young core. In addition to the assist, Vatrano has 16 shots on net, 25 hits, four blocked shots, nine PIM and a minus-7 rating. Unless he can improve on his 13:08 average ice time, it'll be difficult for the veteran forward to record a fourth straight 40-point campaign.
