Derek Carr has transformed Raiders into serious contenders to win AFC West
Will Fuller V - Slow day in Dolphins debutFuller caught three of six targets for 20 yards and secured a two-point conversion during Sunday's overtime loss to the Raiders.
ImpactFill-in quarterback Jacoby Brissett totaled only 215 yards on 49 pass attempts, with 25 of those passes intended for Jaylen Waddle and Mike Gesicki, most of which came in the short passing game. After missing the first two games of the season, Fuller's debut with Miami was affected heavily by the absence of Tua Tagovailoa (ribs), as Brissett's reliance on short passes doesn't mesh well with Fuller's skill set as a downfield threat. Fuller's fantasy outlook may remain limited until Tagovailoa is able to return from injured reserve, which won't be until after Week 5.

Jalen Richard - Expected to practice this weekRichard (foot) is expected to practice this week, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
ImpactRichard was placed on IR ahead of the regular season, but he is eligible to return this week. The Raiders recently released Trey Ragas, who had been acting as the emergency back behind Kenyan Drake and Peyton Barber while Josh Jacobs (ankle) was sidelined, which could bode well for Richard's status for Week 4.

DeVante Parker - Quiet in overtime lossParker caught four of seven targets for 42 yards during Sunday's 31-28 overtime loss to the Raiders.
ImpactThe 28-year-old finished a distant third in targets, as QB Jacoby Brissett targeted Jaylen Waddle and Mike Gesicki a combined 25 times, mostly in the short passing game. Parker had a strong debut with four catches for 81 yards, but he's struggled in the absence of Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) with 42 receiving yards in both of the past two contests. The season debut of Will Fuller (personal) also likely cut into Parker's workload in the passing game, and it will be difficult to trust either of those options while Brissett remains under center for Miami.

Kenyan Drake - Plays second fiddle to BarberDrake had eight carries for 24 yards and caught three of six targets for 33 yards during Sunday's 31-28 overtime win over the Dolphins.
ImpactDrake played 71 percent of the offensive snaps in the absence of Josh Jacobs (ankle) in Week 2, but it was Peyton Barber who dominated the backfield work against Miami on Sunday with 26 touches for 142 yards and a touchdown with Jacobs missing his second straight game. Drake and Barber split things pretty evenly during the first half with six and eight carries, respectively, but Drake had only four touches after halftime. It appears Drake's role as a pass-catching back won't change much week-to-week, regardless of whether or not Jacobs misses any more time.
