Impact The entire Commanders' offense suffered from a lack of efficiency in Sunday's loss, and that carried over into Brown's stat line as his longest catch went for just 14 yards while he also hauled in fewer than half of his targets for the first time on the campaign. While it was a down performance, he has seen at least six targets in four of Washington's last five games, which suggests he should have the chance to bounce back in Week 11 against the Eagles.

Tops 100 yards in loss McLaurin recorded five receptions on six targets for 113 yards in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Steelers.
Impact McLaurin delivered several splash plays in Sunday's loss, including a 54-yard reception on the first play from scrimmage of the second half and a 28-yard catch late in the third quarter. That helped him to his fourth 100-yard game of the campaign, and he's now hit the century mark or found the end zone in seven of his last eight contests. That makes McLaurin one of the most reliable producers at the position heading into a divisional showdown against the Eagles in Week 11.

Impact Ekeler drew his second straight start with Brian Robinson (hamstring) sidelined. Only one of his rush attempts went for double-digit yardage, though he made his day with a pair of one-yard touchdown runs. Ekeler was curiously uninvolved as a pass catcher, though that part of his game could return if Robinson can re-take the field in Week 11 against the Eagles, in turn pushing Ekeler back into a complementary role.

Slowed by Steelers Daniels completed 17 of 34 passes for 202 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Steelers. He added three rushes for five yards.
Impact Daniels struggled significantly for much of the game by averaging a season-low 5.9 yards per attempt. In addition to not finding the end zone, Daniels' fantasy performance was limited by his lack of rushing production as he was held below 20 rushing yards on the ground for the first time this season. Nevertheless, there were a few positives to take away from the performance, as Daniel had a few explosive moments, highlighted by long completions of 54, 28 and 23 yards -- two of which went to Terry McLaurin -- and did not turn the ball over. He'll look to bounce back from the worst performance of his stellar rookie season in a pivotal Week 11 divisional showdown with the Eagles.

Impact Bellore was deemed questionable to return with just over two minutes remaining in the game, so it may be difficult for him to return if the injury is more than minor. Prior to his exit, the linebacker notched one tackle on special teams. Bellore entered Sunday having played just six defensive snaps on the season, but he had logged 164 special-teams snaps over nine contests.

Ruled out for Week 10 Seibert (hip) was downgraded to out Saturday for Sunday's clash against Pittsburgh.
Impact Seibert began the practice week as a non-participant Wednesday but was able to return to limited practices both Thursday and Friday. He entered the weekend deemed questionable to suit up Sunday, but the Commanders ruled him out Saturday. Zane Gonzalez was elevated from Washington's practice squad to kick against the Steelers in Week 10. The Commanders have a quick turnaround after Sunday with a Week 11 Thursday night matchup against Philadelphia, and it's unclear if Seibert will be able to recover in time to kick in that contest.

Lands on IR Yankoff (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve by the Commanders on Saturday.
Impact Yankoff suffered a hamstring injury during the practice week and didn't practice Friday after being a limited participant Thursday. The issue appears to be fairly serious, as Yankoff will need to miss at least the next four games while on IR. The tight end's absence is unlikely to impact the Commanders' offensive gameplan much, as Yankoff has played only six offensive snaps on the season. He's been a staple on special teams, though, and will be missed in that regard.

Set to kick for WAS in Week 10 The Commanders elevated Gonzalez from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday.
Impact Washington signed Gonzalez to the practice squad Friday, and he was activated one day later with the team's primary placekicker, Austin Seibert, being ruled out for Week 10 due to a hip injury. Gonzalez will consequently take Seibert's place Sunday against the Steelers. Gonzalez hasn't kicked in an NFL game since 2021, when he went 20-for-22 on field-goal tries and 22-for-23 on extra-point attempts over 12 games with Carolina.

Signed to active roster The Commanders signed Rodriguez from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday.
Impact Rodriguez had been elevated from the practice squad three times prior to Saturday, including in Week 9 against the Giants, when he logged his first offensive snaps of the campaign and led Washington with 52 rushing yards on 11 carries. His opportunity in that game came as a result of Brian Robinson sitting out due to a hamstring injury, and Rodriguez could get a chance to play a significant role again this Sunday versus Pittsburgh with Robinson set to be sidelined again. To make room on the roster for Rodriguez, the Commanders placed tight end Colson Yankoff (hamstring) on injured reserve.
