Back at practice Friday
Brown (ankle) is participating at Friday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Brown was limited at Wednesday's practice before sitting out Thursday, so it's a good sign to see him back on the field to finish the week. The 24-year-old should have a chance to suit up Sunday versus the Lions, and Friday's final injury report of the week will indicate whether or not he receives an injury designation.

Not practicing Thursday
Brown (ankle) wasn't present for Thursday's practice, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Impact
Brown was limited Wednesday, but it's possible that his absence from practice Thursday is maintenance-related, rather than indicative of a setback. Friday's final injury report of the week will reveal whether the wideout approaches Sunday's game against the Lions with a Week 3 injury designation.

Limited in practice again
Brown (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, ESPN's Jamison Hensley reports.
Impact
Brown was listed with the same injury last week before catching six of 10 targets for 113 yards and a touchdown in Baltimore's 35-36 win over the Chiefs. He now leads the team in every major receiving category, including targets (16), despite playing a few less snaps (71 percent) than fellow wideout Sammy Watkins (88 percent). The Ravens rarely call a pass play without Brown on the field, and he's accounted for five of Lamar Jackson's eight completions on deep and intermediate throws.

Continues hot start
Brown (ankle) secured six of 10 targets for 113 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 36-35 win over the Chiefs.
Impact
Brown continued his strong start to the 2021 campaign with his first 100-yard game of the year and his second trip to the end zone. The 24-year-old was nursing a sore ankle during practice this week, but he appeared to be fully healthy when he burned the Chiefs' secondary and caught Lamar Jackson's incredible leaping pass for a touchdown. Hollywood is starting to finally look like the top target for Jackson after a couple of years of inconsistency. He will look to keep that going in a soft matchup against the Lions on Sunday.

Suits up Sunday
Brown (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday night's game against Kansas City.
Impact
After sitting out the first two practices of the week, Brown worked in a limited fashion Friday and will now give it a go Sunday night. Assuming no setbacks or limitations, the speedster should combine with Sammy Watkins to continue to lead Baltimore's wideout corps versus Kansas City. In this past Monday's season-opening loss to the Raiders, Brown logged 47 of a possible 68 snaps on offense, en route to catching all six of his targets for 69 yards and a TD.

Questionable after return to practice
Brown (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against Kansas City after returning to a limited practice Friday.
Impact
Brown sat out the first two practices of the week, but his return to the field Friday, albeit in a limited capacity, suggests that he could suit up for Sunday night's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. If he's limited or out for the contest, however, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site relays that Devin Duvernay (groin, questionable) -- if available -- and James Proche would be candidates for added snaps alongside Sammy Watkins.

Returns to practice Friday
Brown (ankle) participated at Friday's practice but appeared to have some limitations, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Impact
Brown went through agility drills with no issues but appeared to be moving at less than full speed in other portions of practice. Still, it's a good sign the 24-year-old is back at practice after being a non-participant the past two days, and he should have a chance of suiting up for Sunday's matchup with the Chiefs.

Another missed practice
Brown (ankle) wasn't spotted at Thursday's practice, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Impact
Brown was listed as a non-participant in Wednesday's walk-through practice, so with another absence on tap Thursday what the wideout is able to do Friday will be pivotal with regard to his chances of suiting up Sunday against Kansas City. If Brown is limited or out this weekend, added snaps/targets would be available for Devin Duvernay, James Proche and Tylan Wallace.

Listed as DNP on Wednesday
Brown was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice report with an ankle injury.
Impact
Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, the Ravens held a walk-through practice for their first session of the week after having just played a grueling overtime loss to the Raiders on Monday. What -- if anything -- Brown is able to do once the team retakes the field Thursday should provide added clarity with regard to his status for Sunday's game against Kansas City. The wideout logged 47 of 68 snaps on offense Week 1 and recorded six receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown.

Starts season with score
Brown caught all six of his targets for 69 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 33-27 overtime loss to the Raiders. He also rushed once for five yards.
Impact
Brown's chemistry with quarterback Lamar Jackson was superior to that of some of his new teammates, whose timing appeared slightly off to start the season. In fact, Brown caught Jackson's lone touchdown toss -- a 10-yarder -- after finding room in the back of the end zone during a stellar scramble from the signal-caller. In catching all of the passes sent his way, Brown topped the team in receptions, but offseason addition Sammy Watkins led Baltimore in targets (eight) and receiving yards (96). Regardless, it was a good statistical performance for Brown to begin his third campaign, which will continue in Week 2 with a primetime showdown against Kansas City.

Back at practice
Brown (hamstring) will return to practice Monday.
Impact
Brown's return to the field for his first practice since July 28 is great news for a Baltimore wideout corps that has been taxed by injuries of late. Now that the 2019 first-rounder is back in the mix, he'll turn his focus to readying for Week 1 action and manning a starting spot opposite Sammy Watkins (who is still dealing with an undisclosed injury) in the team's passing offense.
