Impact Humphrey finished the contest tied for the second-most offensive snaps (33) among wide receivers with Troy Franklin, yet he was unable to get much going from a fantasy perspective. Quarterback Bo Nix completed just 16 passes for 164 yards against the Saints, and as the rookie continues to find his footing, its reasonable to expect Denver's pass catchers to put up inconsistent performances. Nonetheless, Humphrey and the Broncos head into a Week 8 matchup against a vulnerable Panthers defense, which could lead to more opportunities for Denver's skill-position players.

As Denver continues to find its way on offense, its possible the veteran could parlay his consistent playing time into improved production for fantasy purposes. Humphrey and the Broncos will host the Chargers in Week 6.

The entire Broncos aerial attack was grounded Sunday with rookie quarterback Bo Nix mustering just 60 passing yards against a stingy Jets defense. Though it appears Humphrey was been building chemistry with Nix, the inconsistency of Denver's offense will make the 26-year-old wideout difficult to trust for fantasy purposes most weeks. The Broncos will host the Raiders in Week 5.

Stays busy in Week 3 win Humphrey brought in six of eight targets for 37 yards in the Broncos' 26-7 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Impact Humphrey finished right behind Courtland Sutton for the team lead in receptions while also qualifying as a distant second to his teammate in receiving yards and as the runner-up in targets. Humphrey, who is well versed in head coach Sean Payton's offense from their time together in New Orleans, has quickly built chemistry with rookie quarterback Bo Nix, as the sixth-year pro now sports a 10-87 line on 13 targets over the last two games heading into a Week 4 road matchup against the Jets.

Impact Humphrey was out of practice-squad elevations, so this move isn't entirely surprising. It's unlikely those same opportunities will be available in Week 3 as Devaughn Vele is cleared to play after missing the previous week due to a ribs injury.

Impact Like he was before the Broncos' season-opening loss at Seattle, Humphrey was elevated prior to the team's Week 2 game, but he played a far bigger role. His snap share increased from 30 to 77 percent, and he hauled in four of five targets for 50 yards as a result. The increased workload for Humphrey may have been spurred by the absence of rookie WR Devaughn Vele (ribs), but in any case the former seems poised to be a regular in three-wide sets along with Courtland Sutton and Josh Reynolds for as long as Vele is sidelined.

It was the only touchdown either team would record Sunday, and it would have also counted as the game-winning score if this were hockey after breaking a then 3-3 tie. While Lil'Jordan had the best game of any Denver receiver, it is important to point out that his four targets finished third behind starters Jerry Jeudy and Brandon Johnson. Perhaps Humphrey's impressive catch and run will earn him more snaps and targets when the Broncos visit the Raiders in Week 18.
