However, with Joe Burrow (toe) having logged his second straight full practice, while taking snaps with the first-team offense in the process, per Adam Schefter of ESPN, it's uncertain if Flacco will continue as the Bengals' starting QB this weekend, with that assignment (or lack thereof) hinging on whether Burrow is deemed fit for his first game action since Week 2.

Impact Flacco wasn't expected to practice but apparently did enough to warrant a 'limited' designation -- perhaps without throwing any passes. In Flacco's absence, Joe Burrow (toe) led the first-team offense during 11-on-11s, giving rise to speculation that Burrow may try to play this Sunday against the Patriots. For what it's worth, reports last week suggested Burrow was targeting the Thanksgiving Day game at Baltimore just four days later. There doesn't seem to be any doubt Flacco can continue playing through his shoulder injury, but the Bengals may not need him to for much longer (if at all).

Impact Flacco continues to manage a shoulder issue, but Conway notes that the veteran QB will throw Thursday. Meanwhile, fellow signal caller Joe Burrow, who is working his way back from a toe injury, is slated to get some 11-on-11 work in Wednesday. Per Ben Baby of ESPN, Burrow appears to be targeting a return to action as soon as the Bengals' Thanksgiving Day game against the Ravens, a context that puts Flacco in a position to draw at least one more start, barring any setbacks. Cincinnati hosts New England for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday.

Struggles in Week 11 loss Flacco completed 23 of 40 passes for 199 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 34-12 loss to the Steelers. He added one rushing attempt for minus-1 yard.
Impact Flacco threw a 28-yard touchdown pass to Tee Higgins in the first quarter, but the Bengals didn't get their next points until a field goal in the third quarter, and Flacco threw a pick-six with Cincinnati in field-goal range on the drive after that field goal. The 40-year-old quarterback failed to throw multiple touchdown passes for the first time in five starts with the Bengals, and he posted his lowest total for passing yards since joining Cincinnati. The magic may be wearing off for Flacco, but with Joe Burrow (toe) reportedly targeting a Thanksgiving Day return in Week 13 against the Ravens, Week 12 against the Patriots might be Flacco's last starting opportunity.
