Jonathan Taylor - Back in Saturday's game Taylor (ankle) returned to Saturday's game versus the Texans, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Impact Taylor initially was deemed questionable to return due to a heel injury, but immediately before he reentered the contest he was deemed doubtful with an ankle injury. He now will look to build upon the 23 touches for 173 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD he had before hitting the locker room for half of one quarter.

Braden Smith - Exits Week 18 game with knee issue Smith has been ruled out for the remainder of Saturday's contest against the Texans due to a knee injury, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Impact Smith has been dealing with a knee injury since early December, and the issue caused him to miss three games during the final month of 2023. It's uncertain if Saturday's exit is related, but regardless, Smith won't be able to return for the key matchup. Blake Freeland has taken over at right tackle.

Will Mallory - Won't return to Saturday's game Mallory hurt his hamstring in Saturday's contest against Houston and has been ruled out from returning.
Impact It's unclear when Mallory suffered the injury, but he was ruled out during the second quarter. The rookie didn't catch his only target prior to his departure. The Colts will be down to Kylen Granson and Mo Alie-Cox at tight end for the remainder of the matchup.

Zack Moss - Returning to action Saturday Moss (forearm) is active for Saturday's game against the Texans.
Impact Moss missed the last two contests due to a right forearm injury, and after practicing fully Wednesday and Thursday, the Colts gave him a questionable tag for Week 18 action. With his status now clarified for Saturday's outing, he'll slot in as the primary backup to top running back Jonathan Taylor. In the seven games (Weeks 5-10 and 12) in which both players have been active this season, Moss has averaged 12.4 touches for 69.7 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring four times on the ground.
