Indianapolis Colts Player News: Last 24 hours, All Positions

News: Mewhort (knee) seemed to be full-go during most of the offseason workout program this spring, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.
Impact: The Colts have been careful with Mewhort in his return from last year's season-ending knee injury, but it doesn't look like he'll be under any restrictions when training camp opens in late July. He figures to compete with Matt Slauson and rookie second-round pick Braden Smith for the starting job at right guard.
News: Desir (pectoral) seemed to be full-go during most of the offseason workout program this spring, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.
Impact: Desir finished the 2017 season on injured reserve after tearing a pectoral in December. Now healthy, the fourth-year corner could open training camp with the first-team defense.
News: Bond (quadriceps) was a non-participant in the Colts' offseason program, Kevin Bowen of ESPN 1070 The Fan reports.
Impact: Bond required surgery to repair a torn quad last October. There's no telling if he'll be back on the field in time for training camp. If so, he'll likely need to battle for a roster spot.
