Deni Avdija - Secures 13 boards Avdija notched 12 points (6-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 13 rebounds, one assist and one block in 31 minutes during Sunday's 106-102 victory over the Hornets.
Impact Avdija set a season high with 13 rebounds, beating his previous total of 10 that he recorded Nov. 6 against Memphis and Oct. 21 against Chicago. Sunday also marked his first double-double of the 2022-23 campaign. Avdija has now scored in double figures in five of his last six contests.
NOVEMBER 21, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Kyle Kuzma - Stays hot in win Kuzma chipped in 28 points (10-18 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 10 rebounds and five assists over 38 minutes during Sunday's 106-102 victory over the Hornets.
Impact Kuzma led his team in scoring for the second game in a row and also notched his second double-double in three contests. He looked much better from beyond the arc after hitting five of his last 20 from deep heading into Sunday. Kuzma has also shown noticeable improvement of late in the assist category, as he's dished out 5.7 assists per contest over his last six games after averaging only 2.1 assists through his first 11 matchups of the 2022-23 campaign.
NOVEMBER 21, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Corey Kispert - Scoring success continues Kispert chipped in 14 points (4-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one block over 32 minutes during Sunday's 106-102 victory over Charlotte.
Impact Kispert has now finished in double figures in four of his last five contests. He also put together his best rebounding game of the season Sunday, beating his previous best of four boards. Kispert has shown that he can contribute across the board at times, but he's failed to do so consistently to this point.
NOVEMBER 21, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Bradley Beal - Dealing with quad issue Beal sustained a quadriceps injury late in Sunday's win over the Hornets, Ava Wallace of The Washington Post reports.
Impact Beal led the Wizards in playing time Sunday, as he tallied 26 points (11-22 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five assists, five steals and four rebounds in 41 minutes. However, he took a knee to the quad late in the matchup and will be further evaluated by the team's medical staff. It's unclear whether the issue will impact his availability for Wednesday's matchup against Miami.

Hornets Announce Starting Five vs Wizards Here are the starting lineups for tonight’s game.
NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • STAR-TELEGRAM.COM
Corey Kispert - Starting Sunday Kispert is starting Sunday against Charlotte.
Impact Kispert came off the bench during the last two games but will rejoin the starting lineup with Monte Morris (ankle) unavailable Sunday. Over five starts earlier in the year, Kispert averaged 10.2 points and 2.4 rebounds in 25.4 minutes per game.

NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • STAR-TELEGRAM.COM
Rui Hachimura - Out Sunday versus Hornets Hachimura (ankle) won't be available Sunday against Charlotte, Chase Hughes of NBC Sports Washington reports.
Impact Hachimura has played in all 16 contests for the Wizards this season, but the sore right ankle will cost him his first game. With Hachimura out, Anthony Gill could re-enter head coach Wes Unseld Jr.'s rotation as the primary backup to starting power forward Kyle Kuzma.
NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Monte Morris - Downgraded to out Sunday Morris (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Hornets.
Impact Morris had started every game for the Wizards this season before landing on the injury report following Friday's 107-106 overtime win over the Heat. The sore right ankle will now result in Morris missing the contest, with Jordan Goodwin presumably in line to replace him as the Wizards' starting point guard. Washington also added Devon Dotson on a two-way deal earlier Sunday, and he could be pressed into action right away as the primary backup to Goodwin.

NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • THEATHLETIC.COM
Jordan Goodwin - Will play Sunday Goodwin (knee) will be available for Sunday's game against the Hornets.
Impact Goodwin has been a key piece off the bench for Washington this season, averaging nearly 24 minutes per game over his last six appearances, and his availability in this game could be huge for a Wizards team that's lacking depth on the backcourt. With Monte Morris (ankle) downgraded to out, Goodwin might be in line for both added minutes and increased usage Sunday.
NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Rui Hachimura - Questionable for Sunday Hachimura is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest against the Hornets due to right ankle soreness.
Impact Hachimura has been a steady contributor off the bench for Washington this season, averaging 11.6 points and 4.8 rebounds across 23.5 minutes per game. The Wizards would likely turn to Anthony Gill as their backup power forward if Hachimura is unable to play Sunday.
NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Delon Wright - Will be evaluated by end of week Wright (hamstring) is expected to be reevaluated by the end of the weekend, Ava Wallace of The Washington Post reports.
Impact Hamstring injuries are always tricky and Wright has missed 12 games in a row. There's no clear timetable for his return, but the upcoming evaluation should provide a better feel to understand when the veteran might be able to return to action.

Lakers Rumors: Is Rob Pelinka Waiting For A Bradley Beal Deal? And would a Big Three of Beal/Davis/James be enough?
NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • STAR-TELEGRAM.COM
Devon Dotson - Inks two-way deal with Washington Dotson agreed Sunday with the Wizards on a two-way contract, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Impact He'll join Jordan Goodwin (knee) as one of the two two-way players on the Washington roster, after the Wizards waived wing Jordan Schakel to clear a spot for Dotson. The Wizards already have some familiarity with Dotson, who attended training camp with the club before being cut in October and then landing with the organization's G League affiliate, the Capital City Go-Go. He'll likely continue to see most of his playing time in the G League this season, though in the short term, Dotson could provide some healthy depth at point guard with both Goodwin and starter Monte Morris (ankle) listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Hornets.

NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • STAR-TELEGRAM.COM
Deni Avdija - Should be available Sunday Avdija (finger) isn't listed in the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Hornets.
Impact Avdija suffered a dislocated left pinkie finger in Friday's 107-106 overtime win over the Heat, a game in which he finished with three points, three assists and one rebound across 14 minutes. The injury cut his night short, but it doesn't look as though it'll affect Avdija's availability for Sunday's contest. Expect Avdija to see more minutes Sunday while he plays through the dislocated finger.
NOVEMBER 20, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Jordan Goodwin - Questionable for Sunday Goodwin (knee) is labeled questionable for Sunday's contest versus the Hornets, Sam Perley of the Hornets' official site reports.
Impact Goodwin has been a key piece off the bench for Washington this season, averaging nearly 24 minutes per game over his last six appearances. His status will certainly be worth monitoring Sunday in tandem with starting point guard Marcus Morris (ankle), who is also considered questionable.
NOVEMBER 19, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Monte Morris - Listed questionable Sunday Morris is considered questionable for Sunday's game versus the Hornets due to right ankle soreness, Sam Perley of the Hornets' official site reports.
Impact Morris hasn't missed a game yet for the Wizards, but it appears he could line up for a rest Sunday depending on how his ankle feels over the next 24 hours. His likely replacement at point guard, Jordan Goodwin (knee) is also questionable for the contest, so the Wizards could be forced to go with Bradley Beal as the primary ball-handler.
NOVEMBER 19, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Will Barton - Held scoreless Friday Barton supplied zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and one rebound in eight minutes during Friday's 107-106 overtime win over the Heat.
Impact Barton hit a new low in this one, contributing only a rebound and playing just eight minutes, marking the first time he didn't reach double-digit minutes on the year. At his point, Barton may be a drop candidate in some fantasy formats, though things could change if he's dealt or injuries surface for the Wizards.
NOVEMBER 19, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Daniel Gafford - Plays just five minutes Gafford did not accumulate any stats in just five minutes of action in Friday's 107-106 victory over the Heat.
Impact Days after recording a double-double in 25 minutes of action, Gafford was kept mostly out of the rotation. The primary reason is that Kristaps Porzingis was rolling and on the floor for 39 minutes. Overall, Washington kept their rotation to just eight players. The big man does not hold much fantasy value as long as Porzingis is healthy.
NOVEMBER 19, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Deni Avdija - Dislocates finger in win Avdija suffered a dislocated left pinkie finger in Friday's 107-106 overtime win over the Heat, Chase Hughes of NBC Sports Washington reports. He finished with three points (1-2 FG...
Impact The injury sidelined Avdija for the final 24 minutes of the contest and disrupted a string of quality performances for the third-year wing, who had averaged 14.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.0 three-pointers, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks in 32.5 minutes over his last four appearances coming into Friday. Fortunately, Avdija's removal from the game looks to have been out of an abundance of caution, as head coach Wes Unseld Jr. said afterward that Avdija popped the dislocated finger back in place and could have returned if necessary. Consider him probable to play in Sunday's game against the Hornets until the Wizards update his status.
