Kendrick Nunn - En route to Washington
Nunn will be traded to the Wizards, along with three second-round picks, in exchange for Rui Hachimura, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Impact
The deal won't be completed until Monday afternoon, but all indications are that the Lakers will acquire Hachimura to combat their frontcourt depth issues. Along with the second-rounders, they'll ship Nunn out to Washington, where he'll battle with Monte Morris, Delon Wright, Corey Kispert and Will Barton for minutes in the backcourt. After missing all of last season due to injury, Nunn has appeared in 39 games for the Lakers in 2022-23, posting 6.7 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.1 threes in just 13.5 minutes per game. He likely won't find himself in a markedly better fantasy situation with the Wizards.

Rui Hachimura - Misses practice Monday
Head coach Wes Unseld said Hachimura missed Monday's practice due to personal reasons, Chase Hughes of NBC Sports Washington reports.
Impact
The reasoning behind Hachimura's absence is unclear, but it could be due to a potential trade, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Given the missed practice, Hachimura can be considered questionable for Tuesday's matchup in Dallas, but his official status for that game remains unclear. More information will likely be available when Washington releases its next injury report, or a trade is made official. If Hachimura is ruled out or traded, the Wizards would be down two of their top frontcourt members moving forward, as Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) is considered week-to-week after leaving Saturday's win over the Magic early.

Kristaps Porzingis - Considered week-to-week
The Wizards announced Monday that Porzingis will be listed as week-to-week with a sprained left ankle.
Impact
Porzingis sprained his ankle during Saturday's win over Orlando, and though head coach Wes Unseld Jr. sounded optimistic about the big man's status after the game, Porzingis looks on track to miss the entirety of Washington's upcoming five-game road trip. Deni Avdija looks to be the top candidate to pick up increased run for Washington while Porzingis is unavailable.

Monte Morris - Posts quality line in 24 minutes
Morris finished with 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt), six assists, one rebound and one steal in 24 minutes Saturday in the Wizards' 138-118 win over the Magic.
Impact
Morris delivered some solid if unspectacular numbers across the board in the win and has quietly enjoyed a nice run of production over the past six games, averaging 13.3 points, 6.0 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.8 three-pointers in 28.0 minutes per contest. The point guard's scoring output is inflated by 56.1 percent shooting from the field and 52.4 percent shooting from three-point range, however, and Morris continues to face a threat for playing time in the defensive-minded Delon Wright, who logged 24 minutes Saturday. Though the two guards occasionally share the court together, Wright still poses a bigger challenge to Morris' playing time than he does to shooting guard Bradley Beal.

Daniel Gafford - Posts 14 points, eight boards
Gafford ended with 14 points (6-8 FG, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 24 minutes before fouling out of Saturday's 138-118 victory over Orlando.
Impact
Gafford did most of his damage in the first half, when he knocked down five of six shot attempts for 11 points and claimed five boards and two assists. After leaving the game with an undisclosed injury in the third quarter, Gafford returned for the final period. Gafford has been held under 25 minutes in each of his past five appearances, but he could be in store for a mild boost in playing time out of necessity if frontcourt mate Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) -- who exited early and didn't return -- isn't available for Tuesday's game in Dallas.

Bradley Beal - Produces 17 points in win
Beal contributed 17 points (7-14 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds and eight assists over 28 minutes during Saturday's 138-118 win over the Magic.
Impact
Beal scored 13 of his 17 points in the second half on 5-of-8 shooting from the field, including 2-of-2 from beyond the arc. While he was relatively quiet with just four points in the first half, Beal did dish out four first-quarter assists to help Washington jump out to an early 11-point lead. His eight assists in the contest tied Delon Wright for the team lead and also matched a season high for the shooting guard. Beal is still looking for his first 20-point game since returning from the hamstring injury but is shooting a solid 56 percent from the field over the last two games.

Kyle Kuzma - Delivers diverse line in win
Kuzma finished with 25 points (9-20 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 2-6 FT), 10 rebounds, six assists and one block in 32 minutes during Saturday's 138-118 win over the Magic.
Impact
Kuzma rolled to his third consecutive double-double in the resounding win, and he's also supplemented his immense production as a scorer and rebounder with at least five assists and four three-pointers in each of those three contests. The Wizards lost star big man Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) in the third quarter of Saturday's game, and if he's forced to miss additional time, both Kuzma and Bradley Beal could be forced to shoulder even more of the offensive burden for Washington.

Kristaps Porzingis - Getting ankle examined Sunday
Wizards head coach Wes Unseld Jr. said after Saturday's 138-118 win over the Magic that Porzingis will have his sprained left ankle re-evaluated Sunday, Josh Robbins of The Athleti...
Impact
After sustaining the injury in the third quarter of Saturday's contest, Porzingis didn't return to the game and finished the night with 17 points (3-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 10-10 FT), six rebounds and one block in 23 minutes. Though Unseld's comments imply hope that Porzingis won't be in store for a long-term absence, the upcoming evaluation will shed light on a potential timeline for the 27-year-old's recovery. If Porzingis is forced to miss the Wizards' next game Tuesday in Dallas, Unseld could turn to a combination of Rui Hachimura, Deni Avdija, Daniel Gafford and Taj Gibson to absorb the big man's minutes.

ROTOWIRE
Rui Hachimura - Steps up after Porzingis' early exit
Hachimura finished Saturday's 138-118 win over the Magic with 30 points (13-22 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and two blocks in 30 minutes.
Impact
With Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) exiting early Saturday, Hachimura stepped into an expanded role in the frontcourt and came up big with his second 30-point outing of the season. A 32.2 percent usage rate along with better-than-usual efficiency played a big part in Hachimura's success, and even if Porzingis misses additional time, the fourth-year forward out of Gonzaga won't necessarily have free reign to put up as many shots as he did Saturday while both Bradley Beal and Kyle Kuzma are healthy. The two rejections also don't seem replicable, given that Hachimura entered the contest with an average of 0.3 blocks per game for the season.
