Curry reportedly will give Finals jersey to mom of late Hall of Famer
Steph Curry spent a lot of time as a kid watching his dad — former sharpshooter Dell Curry — play in the NBA. One of the more memorable moments was during the 1992 All-Star 3-point shootout, where Steph could be seen with his dad.
While the older Curry took his turn against the best shooters at the time, Steph was watched by the mother of former New Jersey Nets star Drazen Petrovic, who tragically died in a car accident in 1993. Steph apparently did not forget this.
The Golden State Warriors star reportedly will send one of his Finals jerseys to Petrovic’s mom, who will display it in the Drazen Petrovic Memorial Center in Zagreb, Croatia.
