Alex Caruso - Starting Friday
Caruso is starting Friday against the Spurs.
Impact
Caruso came off the bench during the last three matchups and averaged 5.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 19.3 minutes per game. However, he'll rejoin the starting lineup with Zach LaVine (knee) unavailable Friday.

Zach LaVine - Sitting out Friday
LaVine (knee) will not suit up Friday against the Spurs, Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Impact
LaVine's absence is part of a load management plan as he continues to monitor an ongoing knee injury, and considering Friday's tilt is the first part of a back-to-back, the All-Star guard's absence shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. Alex Caruso is likely to enter the starting lineup, while DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic are candidates for larger offensive roles.

Zach LaVine - Questionable Friday
LaVine is questionable for Friday's game against the Spurs due to left knee injury management.
Impact
LaVine missed the Bulls' first two games of the season due to knee maintenance, but he was available for the last three matchups and averaged 23.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 31.7 minutes per game. His status is uncertain for the first half of the team's back-to-back set, while Alex Caruso and Coby White should see increased work if LaVine is held out.

Dalen Terry - Minimal playing time Wednesday
Terry racked up one block in one minute during Wednesday's 124-109 victory over Indiana.
Impact
Terry has made appearances in each of the last three games, but he's failed to play more than four minutes in any of those outings. It wouldn't be surprising to see him sent to the G League at some point, given his lack of playing time for the parent club.

Malcolm Hill - Minimal role against the Pacers
Hill ended with no counting stats in one minute during Wednesday's 124-109 win over Indiana.
Impact
Although the Bulls won by 15 points Wednesday, Hill's role in the contest remained minimal. He's with the team on a two-way deal, so it seems likely that he'll wind up with the G League's Windy City Bulls at some point.

Javonte Green - Efficient scoring in victory
Green posted eight points (4-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist and one steal in 17 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 win over the Pacers.
Impact
Green has been a solid bench option for the Bulls this season. However, his fantasy value is limited unless you are looking to boost your steals and blocks numbers, as he is averaging 1.4 steals and 0.8 blocks through five games this season.

Derrick Jones Jr. - Held scoreless in win
Jones contributed zero points (0-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and two rebounds in 10 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 win over the Pacers.
Impact
Jones made his regular-season debut Saturday against Cleveland by playing 17 minutes, but his playing time has decreased over his last three appearances. He's been consistent on the boards but could not convert any field-goal attempts during Wednesday's victory. Jones is averaging 6.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 14.0 minutes per game to begin the year.

DeMar DeRozan - Production down with LaVine back
DeRozan closed with 17 points (6-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-5 FT), one rebound and six assists in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 victory over the Pacers.
Impact
DeRozan was far from his best in the win, delivering ample, yet underwhelming production. After a fast start to the season, the veteran has cooled off lately, coinciding with the return of Zach LaVine. Coming off his best fantasy season to date, managers were a little skeptical that he would be able to repeat those efforts again in 2022-23. With that said, he is one of the most consistent fantasy assets around and should be a lock for top-50 value moving forward.

Goran Dragic - Solid bench production in win
Dragic logged 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-3 3Pt), two rebounds and five assists across 16 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 win over the Pacers.
Impact
Dragic provided adequate production during his limited time on the floor, something he is likely to continue doing all season. There is basically zero chance he slides into a more significant role given his age and assumed responsibility. Given he can put up serviceable numbers, he makes for a safe backend option in deeper formats.

Patrick Williams - Another subdued night Wednesday
Williams totaled 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-2 3Pt), two assists and two steals over 15 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 victory over the Pacers.
Impact
Williams continues to disappoint, managing just 15 minutes in the victory. Seen as a potential asset this season, it would appear the hype was not justified. He is likely to remain a starter but his passive mindset on the offensive end does not lend itself to fantasy upside. At this stage, managers are well within their rights to move on, with a view to keeping an eye on him in case things turn around at some point.

Zach LaVine - Big performance in win
LaVine contributed 28 points (6-13 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 10-12 FT), six rebounds, five assists and one steal in 35 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 win over Indiana.
Impact
LaVine looked good in the win, dropping a season-high 28 points. Managers have to be thrilled with his recent production, although the fear of another missed game is very real. Based on what we have heard out of Chicago, his knee injury could be something that is going to be an ongoing issue. That alone means it could be hard to trade him away unless managers are willing to take a hit. For now, simply roll with him and hope that the missed games are few and far between.

Ayo Dosunmu - Shines against Boston
Dosunmu amassed 22 points (9-10 FG, 4-4 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists and one steal over 34 minutes during Monday's 120-102 win over Boston.
Impact
This was one of the best performances of Dosunmu's young NBA career. Dosunmu is expected to remain a starter as long as Lonzo Ball (knee) remains out, and while the return of Zach LaVine should reduce his ball-handling and playmaking responsibilities, he's still expected to be a decent fantasy contributor as long as he remains in this starting role.
