GAME LOG

Brittney Griner - Ruled out Wednesday Griner (rib) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Fire.
Impact Griner was surprisingly downgraded to out ahead of Monday's loss to Golden State after initially carrying a probable tag, and she will remain sidelined for Wednesday's road trip to Portland. This marks her fourth consecutive absence and her sixth missed game of the young season as she continues to manage a right rib sprain. Griner's next opportunity to suit up will come Saturday against the Sparks.

Olivia Nelson-Ododa - Fouls out in 12 minutes Nelson-Ododa fouled out of Monday's 97-70 loss to the Valkyries after recording seven points (2-5 FG, 3-4 FT), one rebound, five assists and two blocks across 12 minutes.
Impact Nelson-Ododa played a mere 12 minutes after fouling out of this blowout loss. She's averaging 6.8 points, 3.0 assists and 2.5 rebounds across four outings, shooting 56.3 percent from the field in 15.5 minutes per contest.
MAY 26 • ROTOWIRE
Saniya Rivers - Plays 22 minutes in loss Rivers produced two points (0-8 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, one block and one steal over 22 minutes during Monday's 97-70 loss to the Valkyries.
Impact Rivers has played a key role for the Sun thus far with 23.5 minutes per contest. Her production hasn't been great, however, as she's shooting 26.7 percent from the field with averages of 5.5 points, 3.9 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals.
MAY 26 • ROTOWIRE
Charlisse Leger-Walker - Sees 19 minutes in loss Leger-Walker amassed nine points (3-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds and two assists over 19 minutes during Monday's 97-70 loss to the Valkyries.
Impact The starters for the Sun saw reduced minutes Monday due to the lopsided score. Leger-Walker's fantasy appeal has left a lot to be desired thus far with averages of 7.8 points, 2.6 assists and 1.9 rebounds on 37.9 percent shooting from the field.
MAY 26 • ROTOWIRE
Aaliyah Edwards - Logs 21 minutes in blowout Edwards supplied eight points (3-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, one block and one steal across 21 minutes during Monday's 97-70 loss to Golden State.
Impact This game was over in a hurry, resulting in fewer minutes for the Connecticut starters. Across five appearances this season, Edwards has produced averages of 9.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.4 steals in 21.2 minutes per contest.

Impact Morrow came off the bench for a second consecutive contest but saw a team-high 23 minutes. The second-year forward was the only Sun player to score in double figures after totaling nine points in her previous two games, and she also led all players in rebounds en route to her fifth double-double on the campaign. She's averaging 11.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 23.5 minutes per contest across eight regular-season games.

Diamond Miller - Leads Sun in scoring Friday Miller finished with 13 points (3-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 23 minutes in Friday's 77-59 loss to Seattle.
Impact Miller had only two points when these clubs met Wednesday. However, the 25-year-old had a better showing in the rematch by finishing with a team-high 13 points. With that in mind, Miller has had trouble shooting the ball during the 2026 campaign, so she may have difficulty staying productive consistently moving ahead.
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Aaliyah Edwards - Scores 10 points in loss Edwards finished with 10 points (5-11 FG), seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block across 24 minutes in Friday's 77-59 loss to Seattle.
Impact Edwards missed the first three games of the 2026 campaign. She scored only six points in her first game of the season. However, since then, the 23-year-old has hit the double-digit scoring mark in each of her last three games while combining for five steals and two blocks during that span.
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Aneesah Morrow - Back to bench Friday Morrow won't start in Friday's game against Seattle.
Impact Morrow got the start when these clubs met Wednesday, although she finished with only two points and three rebounds across seven minutes. However, she will move back to the bench for the rematch with Seattle. In all four of Morrow's appearances from the bench this season, she finished with a double-double.
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Charlisse Leger-Walker - Starting against Storm Leger-Walker will start in Friday's game against the Storm.
Impact Leger-Walker has come off the bench in Connecticut's last three games, although she will move back to the starting lineup for the first time since the 98-69 loss to the Aces on May 13. The 24-year-old has started twice during the 2026 campaign, averaging 4.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 0.5 steals across 18.0 minutes in those appearances.
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Kennedy Burke - Starting vs. Seattle Burke will start Friday's game against the Storm.
Impact Aneesah Morrow got the starting nod in Brittney Griner's (rib) absence during Wednesday's win over Seattle, though Burke will start in Griner's place Friday. As a starter this season (five games), Burke has averaged 6.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 2.4 combined steals-plus-blocks in 26.8 minutes per outing.
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Hailey Van Lith - Won't start Friday Van Lith won't start Friday's game against the Storm.
Impact After starting the last three games, Van Lith will slide to the second unit in favor of Charlisse Leger-Walker. Van Lith has averaged 9.0 points, 3.0 assists, 1.3 rebounds and 1.3 steals in three regular-season appearances off the bench so far this season.
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Brittney Griner - Remaining out Friday Griner (ribs) won't play in Friday's game versus the Storm, Deyscha Smith reports.
Impact Griner carried a questionable designation before being upgraded to probable. However, she has since been ruled out and will now miss her fourth game of the 2026 campaign. With Olivia Nelson-Ododa (ankle) also sidelined, the Sun will likely lean on Aneesah Morrow and Raegan Beers to handle most of the work in the middle. Griner's next opportunity to suit up will be when the Sun face the Valkyries on Monday night.
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Brittney Griner - Probable for Friday Griner (ribs) is probable for Friday's game against Seattle.
Impact Griner was initially listed as questionable for this contest. She's already missed three games this season due to a foot injury, but Griner appears to be trending in the right direction ahead of Friday's contest.
