Impact Hutchens has years of experience as a race engineer and various roles in NASCAR's top division. He only has nine starts of crew chief experience scattered over the past five seasons, mostly as a stand-in crew chief. This will be his first full-time gig at the position and with young driver Gragson. It will be interesting to see how quickly the two form some chemistry and start to find success together in the upcoming season.
