Leads Iowa Corn 350 Practice
Gragson was fastest in Happy Hour practice for the Iowa Corn 350 NASCAR Cup Series race at Iowa Speedway Friday. He turned a fast lap of 137.988 mph.
Impact
The Stewart Haas Racing youngster put the No. 10 Ford on top of the scoring pylon Friday afternoon in Iowa. Gragson was well faster than the second-fastest driver of the session, Ty Gibbs. There was a good mix of manufacturers in the top speeds of this session, so it looks like the pole position could really be up for grabs Saturday at Iowa Speedway.

Third in GEICO 500
Gragson finished third in the GEICO 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Talladega Superspeedway Sunday afternoon.
Impact
After staring in the rear, the driver of the No. 10 SHR Ford would lead 5 laps on the day and use the draft to push to the front late. Gragson would battle among the lead draft on the last lap and avoid the major crash that would break out among the leaders coming to the finish. The young driver would be credited with an impressive third-place finish. It was not only Gragson's first Top 5 of the season, but it was also his career-best finish in 49 starts.
