Alex Palou Dominates To Win in Another Barber Beatdown

Second at Barber Lundgaard led 10 laps in Sunday's IndyCar Series Children's of Alabama Indy Grand Prix at Barber Motorsports Park, coming home in second place.

Impact The No. 7 car looked like the only real threat to prevent an Alex Palou win, but Lundgaard's hopes of that were dashed on his final pit stop of the day as issues with the right-rear tire slowed him down and allowed Palou to run away with the race. Still, it was a strong day for the Arrow McLaren driver, who led 10 laps and posted his second podium of the 2026 season. Up next is a trip to Long Beach, where Lundgaard led 26 laps and finished third last season.
