Exits with injury Garcia was removed from Saturday's game against the Rangers with an apparent hamstring injury, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Impact Garcia injured himself while running from first to third in the seventh inning and was immediately replaced on the basepaths. The severity of his injury is unknown, but the Royals will presumably send him in for testing and could have more information on his status after the game. Nick Loftin would be the next man up to start at third base for Kansas City if Garcia needs to miss time.
