Recalled from Triple-A The Rangers recalled Latz from Triple-A Round Rock on Wednesday, Jeff Wilson of AllDLLS.com reports.

Impact Latz has posted a 3.12 ERA and 14:8 K:BB over 8.2 frames at Round Rock this season. He will give manager Bruce Bochy another left-handed option in the bullpen.

Impact Forearm tightness has kept Latz on the shelf since early August. The Rangers will keep him at Triple-A for now, though there's still a chance he rejoins the big squad to help out Texas' bullpen over the final few weeks of the season.
