Dodgers vs. Blue Jays Live Updates, Score: Toronto Needs 1 Win to Clinch World Series

The Blue Jays inched within one game of a World Series ring, beating the Dodgers 6-1 on in Game 5 on Wednesday night.

Toronto began the game with back-to-back home runs from Davis Schneider and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Rookie starting pitcher Trey Yesavage was lights out, striking out 12 batters, allowing just one earned run over seven innings. The Blue Jays have now won two straight, bouncing back smoothly after they lost on a walkoff in the 18th inning of Game 3.
